01Context
A product built with my brother for managing rentals. Owners add properties, define leases and invite tenants; both roles have their own views of the rental.
02My scope
I design the interface and build the React Native frontend for both owner and tenant workflows. I also contribute occasional small backend and AWS changes.
03Solution
The main flow connects a property, its lease and an invited tenant. The app provides rental history and archives, data export, owner–tenant chat, notifications and an event calendar, with separate experiences for each role.
04Result / status
The application is in testing and has not been publicly released. A demo of the owner and tenant workflows is available during interviews.
